How Do I Feel Successful as a Dental Hygienist can apply to a new-to-the-workforce hygienist or a hygienist that’s been in the workforce for some time. We all need to feel successful and have periods of change and periods of frustration as dental hygienists and sometimes it can be difficult to clarify your goals, create or mold your work flow so every day is a better day and both you and the patient feel successful.

Jill Rogge marks 25 years as a dental hygienist in 2022!!  These years have worked in solo practice, small group practice, specialty, and large group practice/DSO, as well as being a Hygiene Mentor who works teams and new hygienists for the past many years. Her mission is to create impactful health for as many patients as possible thr0ugh mentoring and encouraging dental hygienists to be their professional best.
