Central Dental – FT / PT (Flexible) Dental Hygienist
Central Dental is a single-doctor, boutique general practice in NE Minneapolis focused on personalized, patient-centered care. We’re looking for a positive, motivated Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team.
Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or even just one day a week, we’re flexible and happy to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Scaling and root planing
- Administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide
- Educate patients and build long-term relationships
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Dental Hygienist (new grads welcome!)
- Comfortable with anesthesia and nitrous
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, positive, and patient-focused
- Interest in continuing education and growth
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday
- 20–32 hours/week
- Even 1 day/week considered
Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$55/hour, depending on experience
